The Parks Township Board of Supervisors
held a budget meeting on October 19, 2018 at 8:00 am in the Community Building, 26 Jackson Street, North Vandergrift.

Mr.
Shannon called the meeting to order at 8:00 am.
The
Board began by discussing a list of roads and problems that need fixed. They all were in agreement that most of the
State Fund should be used for a major road project.
The
Supervisors discussed the General Fund income categories, and the general
consensus was that there would not be much change between what was received in
2018 and what is expected for 2019, which is about $636,000.
Expense
categories were reviewed.
Mrs.
Ralston was instructed to prepare a preliminary budget proposal, updating it as
estimated costs are received for next year.
This will be reviewed at the November meeting.
Mr.
Shannon moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:32 am and Mr. Filo seconded it.
